This is light vinyasa and traditional hatha, starting with the full Ashtanga primary series and changing weekly from there. Some weeks hold the full series. Other weeks narrow in on a single focus, inversions, backbends, or more advanced asana, worked carefully and with real attention.
The room is small on purpose. Four to six people means real correction, real pacing, and real conversation about where your body is that day.
Built for intermediate to advanced practitioners. The group stays small enough to push real edges safely.
