Guided Warrior  ·  June 2026  ·  Santa Clara, CA  ·  $65

I want to show you
something.

I want to present the possibility that you are more than your mind and body.

The Invitation

This is not a class. It is not a lecture or a performance you observe from a safe distance. It is an active, immersive experience, one that requires your genuine participation and meets you exactly where you are.

"Most of us are carrying more than we realize. We've gotten skilled at managing it, pushing through, staying functional. But managing something is not the same as releasing it."

What I am offering is a two-and-a-half hour guided session that uses three interlocking practices to create conditions where the body can genuinely let go. Not just relax. Actually release what has been held.

You don't need experience with breathwork or meditation. You need only willingness.

Most of this session requires active participation. You are not simply attending, you are doing.

The Arc of the Evening

01
Movement Preparation
30 minutes · Optional

Gentle stretching to open the diaphragm, chest, and cervical spine, the specific pathways through which breath and energy will flow. Includes throat toning to prepare the body from the inside.

02
Holotropic Breathwork
45 minutes · Required

Continuous intentional breathing that temporarily alters the body's chemistry and awakens the inner psyche. Music guides the arc, building to intensity, then softening into stillness. You will be lying down, fully engaged.

03
Sound Bath
45 minutes · Required

Vibrational frequencies from singing bowls wash through the body while you rest. What the breathwork opens, the sound integrates. The two together create something neither produces alone.

04
Guided Meditation
30 minutes · Required

A full closing Yoga Nidra practice, a systematic return through the body that anchors the experience and brings you home to ordinary awareness. Structured, grounding, and necessary.

What You May Experience

The body knows things
the mind hasn't caught up to yet.

These are commonly reported experiences. Know them before you arrive, then you can meet them with curiosity rather than fear.

Tingling or numbnessA physiological response to the breath shift, hands, face, feet. Temporary and harmless.
Strong emotionGrief, joy, rage, or love arising without an obvious story. Not a problem, a completion.
Involuntary movementThe body wanting to shake, stretch, or curl. Follow it. It is finishing something.
Visions or imageryColors, patterns, faces, landscapes behind closed eyes. Meaning often arrives after.
Profound stillnessA depth of quiet unlike ordinary rest. Some people find this is what the whole session was building toward.
Feeling overwhelmedSimply slow your breath. You are always in control. The facilitator is present throughout.
Sessions are intentionally small, under 12 people, so that each person receives genuine attention. You will not be lost in a crowd. You will be held.
