June Events

June Events are for anyone interested and will be held Saturday evenings at 5253 Stevens Creek Blvd. Santa Clara, CA 95051. The location is called "Mipha Melodies" These will cost, ill provide pricing and payment methods later.

June 13th, 20th, and 27th main portions will last roughly 90 minutes. Consisting of 30 minutes stretching, 45 minutes holotropic breathing, 45 minute sound bath, 30 minute meditation. Events will occur 6pm until 9pm unless otherwise stated.

Holotropic breathwork is rapid controlled breathing to activate the inner psyche. Sound bath uses vibrational frequencies to induce deep sleep relaxation. Together create a powerful somatic session to reduce stress, process emotions, and access non-ordinary states of consciousness.
